All tasks at the Forge will usually take 4 hours/material for equipment. That means as soon as you craft equipment which needs 2 materials, it will take 8 hours. That includes crafting and refining. Those tasks can be sped up or finished with gold. Also, crafting duration can be influenced by gold, researches and buffs.
