On the map you can see your own position, other castles, hideouts, provinces, fortifications and resource chests in detail. Also, you can see where the borders of the zones are and how big your attack range is.

On the left upper edge of the screen, you can see a compass, with which you can jump on the map, a telescope, which shows you everything in your range sorted in categories, a map with a crown imprinted, which brings you to the political map, and arrows, which will enlarge your map screen.
