By clicking on the hideout you will be shown a short description and the defense values of the hideout.

Furthermore, when starting the attack process, the your attack strength and the Hideout's defense strength will be compared. As soon as you have selected enough units to beat the hideout, the comparing arrows will turn blue and switch to pointing on the hideout's values. Also, the attack button will get a different icon.
