A spy can report information about the enemy by revealing their units or report about their resources.
This will make it easier for you to determine, whether or not it’s worth it to attack an enemy. But keep in mind that a spy will disappear after he has executed his mission and you need to recruit new ones afterward.
Using a spy can have the following results:
- You receive information about resources. (likely to happen)
- You receive information about units. (likely to happen)
- You receive information about resources and units. (unlikely to happen)
- The spy fails and you receive no information. (very unlikely to happen)
- The spy deserts and the enemy receives information. (very unlikely to happen)
