Critical transport missions are carried out by the ICP (Intensive Care Paramedic). These missions involve transporting patients from one hospital to another. Patients may require a change in their specialized care, necessitating the transfer to a different hospital. The mission always selects the patient with the longest remaining treatment time. Like patient transport missions, these ignore the usual mission range. They require a Critical Transport vehicle and at least two hospitals, with at least one patient in one of them.
