To start the hospital extension boost open the details page of the hospital you want to use and select the extension you want to boost in the dropdown.

All players receive one free Hospital Extension Boost per week. Premium players can activate boosts more frequently This allows premium players to respond more flexibly to ongoing or repeated high-pressure situations.
Alliance administrators are able to activate Hospital Extension Boosts in alliance hospitals, allowing the entire alliance to benefit during critical situations.
If you do not want to wait for your weekly boost, additional Hospital Extension Boosts can be purchased using Coins. This option is useful during urgent situations or extended periods of high hospital demand.
