You can click on the "FAQ & SUPPORT" button in the upper right corner of the start screen or in the in-game Settings.  However, it might save you some time to look through the FAQ and see whether or not we have already answered your question/problem.

 

On the FAQ page click the "Chat with us" button to contact our support.
