The trade center provides you with an overview of all your business partners. Here you can accept their orders or claim your reward for completing an order. You can also see the help requests from your alliance here or visit the goods shop, where you can purchase goods from an external source.
The trade center can be entered via the "trade center"-button in the bottom left:
