Sometimes there are orders you couldn't fulfil completely. No worries. You will still get a small reward for all the resources you have delivered. The reward will automatically be send to you, when the order expires.

Until the order expires, you can still send the missing resources to increase the reward you will get. If you manage to complete the full order before it expires, you will receive the full payment, which is significantly higher than the reward you'd get for only delivering nearly all requested goods.

TIP: If you partly deliver an order, the time until the order expires will be extended, so if it might be worth if you only need a little more time to get the remaining resources. But keep in mind, that sending the second batch of goods will need vehicles as well.
