You get a notification as soon as your alliance has won or lost a region or when region status of one of your regions changes to “pending”. The notifications are only sent after the Region Update. Activate your System-Notifications to receive information about captured, lost or pending regions.

Your Alliance News Feed shows you whether your alliance has won or lost a region and who donated resources. Furthermore, all upgrades that the treasurer made on your alliance's regions are displayed here.
