- In order to create a metropolis, you will need 5 fully upgraded cities that are close to each other and have researched the 3 new knowledges calles "Metropolis construction I”, "Metropolis construction II” and "Metropolis construction III”.
You will have to set one of these cities as the metropolis center in its keep. This will mark the metropolis' location on the map (Keep -> create the metropolis center -> create button).
- After that you will have to link the 4 other cities to the metropolis center (Keep -> expand the metropolis center -> add button).
The distance from the metropolis center to the needed cities must not be larger than 20 fields.
You can create the metropolis, once you have bound 4 of your cities to the metropolis center (Keep -> create city center -> create button)
