In order to reserve a village follow these steps:
You will now have to await the approval through a tribe member.
You can check your pending reservations via 'Tribe' => "Village reservations" => "Own"
- Select the desired village on the map and tap on 'Reserve village'
- The button label will now change into 'Withdraw request', furthermore a note regarding the reservation will show
