📦 Only a few goods are available for you at the start of the game. To get access to new goods you have to do two things:
- You need to have build a research center and start a research which unlocks the goods you want. Keep in mind, that the research will take some time to complete, unless you pay it with LE-Gold.
- When your research is completed your business partners will be informed and they may start to order the new resource. In order to produce the new goods, you need to unlock them in the respective buildings.
- Navigate to the building you want to unlock the goods. For example, if you just researched chicken meat, then you now have to go to a Butchery.
- Open any production line of the building
- Click on the locked goods and pay the price to start the unlocking process
- Once the unlocking process is complete, you can tell any production line within that building to switch to producing the new goods.
TIP: If you're unsure what to research, take a look at your tasks and prioritise the goods, that are recommended there. Unlocking new goods before you're ready can lead to a big dip in your income, but if you want to grow your empire there is no way around research.
